HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
1. Kindly Choose a design from our website or send us picture of wedding gown design that you like via email.
2. We will send you a quotation base on your dream wedding gown design.
3. If the price is favor to you, kindly place an order by fill up the order form and wedding gown measurement form and submit to us.
4. We will send you a confirmation of order within 24 hours with the full amount needed to pay and the banking remittance details.
5. Once payment has been made, all designs is not changeable and consider as a final decision.
6. Kindly made payment in FULL Amount upon confirmation of order within 3 days.
7. After made payment kindly send us a payment notification via email by provides us in full details and attach together with your transaction slip.
8. You will receive your gown within 60 to 75 days upon your payment date.
9. All custom gowns are not exchangeable and refundable. Please refer REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY page.
