For PRE-ORDER items, you will receive the goods in estimated 60-75working days after payment made

All the pre-order items are imported and processes according to the stock availability and procedures of different suppliers. Therefore, sometimes it may take longer time to proceed. Please do order only if you agreed with the waiting period.

We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary particularly during holiday periods. We cannot guarantee the delivery time but we'll do our best to process your orders soonest possible.

Order received on Weekend and Public Holidays are usually processed by the end of the next business day.

Quality of goods is as illustrated and guaranteed by the supplier, as goods are branded and QC is strict. If quality of goods is below our expectation (we will recheck all products once again before posting it out), refund will be made in full.
