7 Simple Steps :
1. Shopping :Browse through our catalog and select a products that you like.
2. Measure :
For custom made gowns, you are required to submit your body measurement via our "Measurement Form". Please refer to our Body Measurement Guides.
3. Order :
Fill in our order form by clicking the "Order Form" button
4. Order Confirmation :
Once your order received, we will send a confirmation of order with the full amount needed to pay and the banking / remittance details via your email within 24 hour.
All order can not be cancelled or exchange after payment received.
Full amount will be refund to customers if products is out of stocks.
5. Payment :
You can pay us by cash deposit, bank transfer, cheque deposit, or credit card (Paypal). For details, refer to "Payment Methods". All cheque payments would require 3 working days for processing from the date of receive.
6. Payment Verification :
Please send us a payment notification attached with your transaction slip to enquiries.elegantbrides@gmail.com for verification.
7. Shipment :
Once payment is verified, your order will be processed.
For payment received before 11.00am, order will be proceed at the same working day.
For payment received after 11.00am order will be proceed in the next working day.
For Wedding Gowns Customization Products, it will be arrived 60 to 75 days after payment received.
