Refund & Exchange

Goods sold are not returnable. All the products are checked before dispatch and we are committed to ensure that the best condition item is delivered to you. However the product may be damaged in the delivery process.

Please notify us within 3 working days upon receipt of your purchases should you received any damaged or incorrect item ONLY. We will arrange an exchanges for you.

Exchange for defective products must be done within period stated,

We will refund the value of the product in case the item you would like to exchange was out of stock. We'll refund to you within 3 working days after we collected and processed the returned product.

Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging

There are no exchanges due to sizes matter. Kindly make orders only after know well of your own measurement.

Our terms of definition for defects includes, manufacturing defect, large area of dirt, decoration of clothes is missing .

For Customization Attires

All Custom Made Gowns design will be slightly different from the picture (Original). Similarity of the original gown about 70%. Is impossible to be custom made it 100% similar to the original design. If you are skeptical on it, Please do not place order.

We do not accept returns for any custom gowns.

How to Refund & Exchange :

You are required to pack the product and doing the following steps:

1. Kindly email us with your Order Number and product code you would like to exchange and write down the reason for our return & attach together with the image of damage products.

2. Wait for the arrangement of exchanges after verified by us.

Conditions that are not under Exchange Policy:

Misuse or mishandling of product

Incorrect storing method, i.e. in damp environment

Exposure to too high or too low temperature

Any alteration done to product

Dirt cause by food and drinks

Any exchange done without contacting our customer service

Any product returned with incomplete packing and accessories

Tag was removed and wore item

Exchange are not acceptable due to the below reasons:
1. Customers change their mind
2. Customers do not like the design..
